Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
VLDECOR ships to most countries except Ukraine. Free shipping has no order minimum for most destinations. Fast Shipping is EUR 100 per item to Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, typically 5–7 days by UPS, DHL Express or FedEx. Most other destinations use the free service. Preparation is usually 1–2 weeks. See the Shipping Policy for the full table.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After the order ships, we email a tracking number. You can enter it at 17track.net, or email [email protected] with the order number.
Returns
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours, before shipment. A shipped order cannot be cancelled free of charge. The Refund & Return Policy explains the fee if a shipped order is cancelled.
What is the return window?
Within 14 days of receipt you may request a return for an item that is unused, in its original packaging, with accessories. You pay the return shipping. A restocking fee can apply. Email [email protected] before sending anything back. Do not include card details.
What if glass or a shade arrives broken?
Broken glass, or a dented shade or frame, is not treated as a defect. We replace the glass or shade at no extra charge. Photos and the order number still go to [email protected].
Payment and questions
Which payment method is active?
PayPal is the active checkout method. Payment Method also names credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay for when checkout shows them. Enter card details only in checkout.
How do I ask about a product?
Use the contact form or [email protected]. Include the product link, the option, and any measurement. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+8).

What if a shipped order is cancelled?
A shipped order cannot be cancelled free of charge. If you still cancel it, the Refund & Return Policy charges 30%–50% of the order amount for storage, preparation and shipping. That fee is deducted from the refund.
When does a refund arrive?
After an eligible return is received, funds can take up to 5 working days to reach the original payment method. PayPal is typically 1–2 days. A credit card is typically 3–5 days. Paid shipping fees are not refunded.
Broken glass or a dented shade?
Broken glass, or a dented shade or frame, is not treated as a defect and cannot be returned as one. We replace the glass or shade at no extra charge. If you prefer a return instead, it follows a normal return and a restocking fee of up to 35% can apply.
Can the lamp be dimmed?
A replaceable bulb such as E27, E14 or G9 can be a dimmable bulb if you already have a dimmer. If you do not, email before ordering. An LED-chip lamp cannot have the light source swapped. If a dimmable version is not listed, ask whether that fixture can be made dimmable.
Can the cable be longer?
Most lamps include a 150 cm cable. A longer cable, up to 800 cm, can be added at no charge if you note it on the order.
Customs?
A duty is possible when the longest side is over 60 cm, in about 5% of those parcels. If a duty is charged, we cover 20% of that amount. In most cases it is EUR 0–20 per piece.
